A seemingly simple new spare car key came with mysteries and challenges, Rob persisted, researched, tried and tried again. He didn't stop till the problem was solved. He communicated efficiently and courteously throughout, and stuck to his quote despite the complications. Don't waste your time with anyone else, Rob will get it done. Once the appointment was made he arrived at my place of work on time, phoning first. I experienced a problem a week later, (nothing caused by my new keys!) But Rob took his time to assist me & point me in the right direction to resolve my issue - even checking in on me later in the day to see if everything was OK.
